Regular head checks: Perform routine head checks at home to catch lice early on. Look for live lice, nits, and any signs of itching or irritation.

Sharing is not caring: Instruct your children not to share personal items that come into contact with the head, such as hats, combs, brushes, hair accessories, or headphones.

Tie up long hair: If your child has long hair, it's a good idea to keep it tied up or braided. This makes it harder for lice to crawl from one head to another.

Educate your child: Teach your child about lice, how they spread, and the importance of good personal hygiene.

Launder regularly: Regularly wash your child's hats, scarves, and other items that come into contact with their head in hot water.

Notify the school: If your child does get lice, it's important to inform the school so they can take appropriate measures to prevent further spread.
